  2. Authenticate with a four (4) digit security code and your BVN PIN’s last four digits (You can create a security code using the Menu option).
  3. Your account balance is immediately produced when this information is entered. SMS is another way to check the balance of your Access bank account. Create an SMS using the following format: BAL (Space) Account Number, e.g. BAL 4892018453. After that, send to 08160000612.

You receive an immediate message with your account balance shown. For one transaction, you will be charged N5.

The Limit for Airtime Recharge: The lowest amount for access bank recharge is 5 Naira, and the maximum is 5,000 Naira per day. The maximum amount that may be sent in a single day is 100,000 Naira.

Transfer Fees: Interbank transactions are free.

That is, there are no costs for transfers from an Access bank to another Access bank, but transfers to banks that do not have access to Access banks would incur a fee of 55 Naira. Network charges range from 2 to 5 Naira, depending on the amount of time you’ve spent on the site and the network you’re using (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).

The maximum amount of time you may spend on the platform in a single session is two minutes. Nonetheless, your session will clock out after 20 seconds of inactivity.
