Scheme of Work For Basic Science JSS 3 (First Term, Second Term & Third Term)

Basic Science formerly was previously called Integrated Science. This is a subject offered in Junior secondary schools, that is, JSS 1 to JSS 3. For the sake of this post, we shall be focusing on the curriculum or better put, the scheme of work for Basic Science as subject offered in Junior secondary schools with regards to the government approved scheme of work for the subject from first term to third term.



What is Basic Science? This is a subject taught in Junior Secondary school level that cuts across other science related subjects which deals with the theoretical and practical study of living organisms. It cuts across subjects like Physical and health education, Biology, agricultural science, home economics and a bit of social studies.
