The management of Federal University Lokoja (FUL) wishes to inform all Direct Entry (DE) applicants that the verification of original certificates for the 2026/2027 admission exercise has been scheduled.
This verification exercise applies to all DE candidates who:
Obtained a minimum of Upper Credit or its equivalent in their Diploma, JUPEB, or IJMB results.
Chose Federal University Lokoja as their first-choice institution during JAMB registration.
Have participated (or will participate) in the ongoing 2026 Post-UTME online screening exercise.
Such candidates are hereby invited to appear before the FUL Direct Entry Certificate Verification Committee. The exercise will hold as follows:
📍 Venue: College of Health Science (CoHS) Boardroom, Adankolo Campus
📅 Dates: Tuesday, September 2 – Thursday, September 4, 2026
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
All applicants are required to come along with the original copies of their certificates for physical verification.
Programmes Exempted from DE Admission 2026/2027
It is important to note that FUL will not admit Direct Entry candidates into the following programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session:
Pharmacy
Nursing Science
Medicine & Surgery
Medical Laboratory Science
Law
Candidates who applied to any of the above-listed programmes should not attend the verification exercise.

Important Notice to Candidates
Only candidates who successfully present their original certificates for verification will be considered for admission into FUL for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates are advised to arrive early at the venue on their scheduled date.
Multiple photocopies of documents may be required for record purposes; therefore, candidates should come prepared.
This verification is a compulsory step in the admission process for all eligible DE candidates. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of admission consideration.
