DELSU cut off mark for all courses 2025/2026 academic session is out! Therefore all candidates who put Delta State University Abraka (DELSU) as their preferred choice of higher institution during the UTME registration can confirm if they meet the current DELSU cut-off mark 2025/2026 academic session.
Candidates who meet the cut off mark would then proceed for internal screening exercise by the University, and are thereby are advised to carry all documents along including recent passport photographs (22 copies preferably). See the approved DELSU cut off mark for all courses at the end of this post.
Candidates should note that the benefits of meeting DELSU cut off mark is that candidates become eligible for post UTME screening exercise and if successful, are given the opportunity to gain admission to study any of the courses registered for during their UTME that is offered in DELSU.

- Firstly, candidates must beat the DELSU JAMB cut off mark for 2025/2026 session as fixed by JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board)
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 credits in Mathematics and English and other relevant subjects as it relates to his or her course of study.
- Original copy of JAMB result slip
- Original documents which includes ‘O’ level certificates please note that awaiting results are not accepted by DELSU

DELSU as at June 20th 2022 are still on break. Post UTME forms would be on sale towards the end of 2nd semester. 199 UTME score is way too low for any Engineering course. I will advice you change your course.

You won’t be given. You can give it a try but I seriously doubt it because Mechanical Engineering in DELSU or any university is highly competitive, hence the high cut off mark for the course.

Admission list will most likely be released before February 14th which is supposed to be the resumption date for fresh students.
But resumption date for freshers on the official school calendar posted on their website was 17th of January. Did the school change the date?
Yes. DELSU resumption date for fresh students now is 14th of February while returning students is 17th February according to the circular pasted on the notice board as approved by the senate.
Thank you for that info. I’m a parent of a prospective student. The delay in the release of admission list is detrimental to us being that many other schools have concluded post Utme already. Where there is need to seek admission elsewhere, it would be difficult. Please what is the reason behind the delay, or do you have info as to when it will be released?
Very soon the admission list will be released. Compilation is ongoing. In few weeks, the admission list will be released according to a reliable source in the admission office.
i checked Delsu portal with my daughter’s jamb Reg. No but it shows invalid. i guess that how it shows when admission isnt given, but she met the cut off mark. she had 71.25 when cut off was 70. Pls do you know if admission for all the faculties have been uploaded?

most universities have done their post utme screening test. But i can assure you that your daughter will be admitted. DELSU has not released their admission list so you need to be patient. Her score is high enough.
