First does the 350000 include accommodation? second, is the 350000 only for students seeking admission into the school or is it the tuition fee for a semester?
No. Accommodation fee is different from school fees. And yes the school fees is yearly

Of course you CANNOT leave school as you wish. Like every private university, you will have to apply for boarding pass and it would be approved if your reasons are cogent and genuine enough
