Queens College Yaba school fees for new students into Junior Secondary School 1 (JSS1) is FREE, though there are other fees and charges that are required by parents and Guardians to pay upon their Ward’s admission into the school.

A) First and foremost, Candidates must be at least 11 Years of age and maximum of 17 years for her to be eligible for admission into Queens College

B) Candidates must pass the common entrance examination

C) Also, candidates would be required to write an Essay on why she chooses to apply for admission into Queens College, Yaba, Lagos (QC) and are further shortlisted by merit into the school by the Federal ministry of Education.

Queens College Yaba School Fees Payment Procedure

Step 1: Log in to the Remita Platform

  • Visit the Remita website

  • Select Pay FGN’s and State TSA option.

Step 2: Provide Payment Details

  • Who do you want to pay?Federal Government of Nigeria.

  • Name of MDA (Ministries, Departments, Agencies): → Select Federal Ministry of Education.

  • Name of Service/Purpose: → Select Unity Colleges (Fees).

  • State: → Lagos.

  • School: → Queens College, Yaba.

Step 3: Enter Student Information

  • Fill in the student’s full name, admission number (if available), and class.

  • Indicate the session/term you are paying for.

Step 4: Confirm Amount

  • Input the correct amount according to the breakdown given by the school (e.g., JS1 Boarding ₦65,000, JS2 Boarding ₦45,500, etc.).

  • Double-check to avoid errors.

Step 5: Generate RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference)

  • After filling in the details, generate an RRR code.

  • Print or save the RRR slip.

Step 6: Make Payment

You can pay using any of the following methods:

  • Online: Pay instantly with your ATM card (Debit/Credit card) or through your Internet Banking platform.

  • Bank Branch: Take the printed RRR slip to any commercial bank in Nigeria and make payment over the counter.

Step 7: Print Payment Receipt

  • After payment, return to the Remita website and confirm the transaction using the RRR.

  • Print the Remita Payment Receipt.

Step 8: Submit Proof of Payment

  • Submit a copy of your receipt to the school’s bursary department or upload it on the official school portal (if required).

  • Keep an extra copy for your own records.
