Application Guide for FPO Part Time Admission Form
Kindly read through carefully before proceeding to the application button below. Follow the outlined steps below for your application
- Application is to be carried out only via the poly portal @https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php. Enter your application number and surname to apply.
- Note that all forms must be duly and correctly filled.
Step 1 – To apply online for Part-Time ND programmes, candidates are to first log in to CAPS@jamb.gov.ng
Step 2 – Complete the procedure to apply for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Offa and pay the application fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (₦ 3,500) to obtain the JAMB Registration Number.
Step 3 – Proceed to www.fpo.edu.ng to pay a processing fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira only (₦ 15,000)
Step 4 – Click on Admission to complete the application processing form, no other charges shall be required. Payment will be made with an ATM card that is Interswitch Enabled.
