Step 2 – Complete the Delta State University, Abraka 2025/2026 PG Admission Form.
Step 3 –You will be required to generate an application virtual pin of N31, 000.00 (thirty-one thousand naira) only.
Step 4 – Payment should be made at any of the following designated banks:

Note: As part of your registration procedure, you are to upload scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format:
- Transcript of all previous qualifications obtained
- WASC; NECO; GCE or NABTEB Certificate (not TC II)
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption or Exclusion Certificate obtained from NYSC Office only
- A 3–5 page research proposal indicating area of research interest (for Ph.D. candidates)
- Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the home page of the Website www.delsu.edu.ng before completing the Application Form.
- Candidates applying for Ph.D in any programme must have obtained at least a weighted average score of 60% overall or a CGPA of 3.50. Candidates are therefore advised to visit their precious institutions for confirmation before applying into the programme.

Can a current serving corper apply for the pgd ?
No. Your NYSC discharge certificate is a requirement so you automatically cannot apply.
Does it means that candidate applying for post graduate diploma is not going to write pre- entry exam?
Yes, however there could be another form of screening for PGD candidates. But the university categorically stated that pre qualifying exams are meant for Master and PHD candidates.

Hi , on 2025/2026 academic session . while filling the post graduate form , the documents i uploaded ,some were not in pdf format , please does this count? can it deter my admission as it stated that credentials / documents should be in pdf format ?. also i had noticed that there was no provision for the submission of transcript soft copies , would the submission of transcript be made in hard copies ? if yes , when ? immediately after filling out the forms or will it be during screening when admission is offered? .
finally , please at about what time should we be expecting the admission list ? can i also be assisted with sample questions of past entrance exam for Mph ? .
You were meant to upload in PDF Document. However, if the portal still accepts your documents then there shouldn’t be any cause for alarm. As for submission of transcripts, you are to submit during the screening process.
You didn’t actually look into the last question i asked ,so i cant tell if it was deliberate . However ,thanking you because i have read through your response , i have actually been admitted .please how can we be kept within the information loop so as to be promptly aware of when the screening process for post grad commences for DELSU?

You are supposed to register first. There you will create your login details in the registration process

You are to submit your transcript during registration. Its a means to giving you admission.
