This is to bring to the general notice of all newly admitted students that the office of the Bursary of Kwara state Polytechnic, one of the polytechnics in Nigeria has released the school fees schedule for freshers and returning students which includes, ND full time, ND Part Time, HND full time , HND Part time and spill over students for 2025/2026 academic session.
Therefore if you have chosen KWARAPOLY during the UTME registration, or you want to make enquiry about Kwara Poly School fees for new students, simply scroll down to view the school fees schedule table below.
Newly admitted students into Kwara Poly are advised on early payments to avoid extra charges on late payments as usual.

All science and Engineering students are to pay an extra 3,000 Naira as practical fees
All newly admitted Indigenous students are to pay 5,000 Naira as acceptance fee, while Non Indigenes are to pay 7500 as their acceptance fee.
Please note that Kwara Poly school fees are to be paid into the designated banks as directed by the management of the polytechnics.

There is no date yet because the management is yet to comment or announce the resumption dat. Just get ready this February. As for the school fees, kindly refer to the post.
When will kwara poly fresher’s resume
until the completion of the 2025/2026 academic session which is currently ongoing before a fresh date will be announced for fresh students. Freshers will resume in April but the exact date is not known yet.

School fees is paid differently from the acceptance fee. However, kwarapoly acceptance fee is to be paid first.

It depends on the academic session of the school. Ideally if admission closes for the session then there is nothing that can be done. The only remedy is to defer your admission to the next academic session but you will have to pay your Acceptance fee first before the process can begin

Well it all depends on the Faculty, if your cut off mark meets a course in another department, you could be given admission if there are still slots for students in the department, if not, then your name would not appear on the admission list at all

Yes you can but KWARAPOLY would not give you Business admin, you might be given another course if your post UTME result is good
