As seen below, Yabatech cut off mark varies from course to course. Please note that only candidates who beat the minimum cut off mark and above in the UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
Candidates should note that the benefits of meeting Yabatech cut off mark is that it gives them the opportunity to gain admission into any of the courses offered in Yabatech so long as the candidate gets a good score in the internal screening exercise.

Some documents are required by the school authority for their internal screening exercise
Documents required for Internal screening in Yaba College of Technology are as follows;
a) Firstly, you must beat the cut off mark, see current Yaba College of Technology cut off mark
b) Candidate must have a minimum of 5 credit in Maths and English and other relevant subjects as it relates to course of study.
c) Original copy of JAMB result slip
d) Original documents which includes ‘O’ level certificates please note that awaiting results are not accepted by Yaba Tech
e) Original copy of your birth certificate and secondary school Testimonial
f) 16 recent passport photographs (to be on the safe side)

YABA TECH JAMB CUT OFF MARK 2023/2024 Academic Session
Firstly, in order to be eligible for admission into Yaba College of Technology, candidates must first meet Yaba Tech cut off mark which is 150 for ND programmes and 160 for degree (in affiliation with UNN) courses.
Therefore, all candidates who score 150 and above in their UTME results are eligible for post UTME screening aptitude test organized by the institution and if successful, can proceed to Yaba Tech for internal screening exercise.

Maybe your score coild not compete with other higher scores. The competition for accounting is high. Passing the cut off mark is not enough. A very good score is better.

Well you might have to wait for the other admission lists since you just did a change of institution to YABA TECH. But be hopeful

Honestly since you did not meet up to the cut off mark, the best that can happen is that you will be given another course or the worst case, you might lose the admission
