She did not change her choice of university. Unical was and is her first choice. She had some IT issues while writing on that day but she reported it to the university staff in the hall. So not sure what the issue really is.
I think she needs to take the issue to the appropriate authority in the school. This is an internal issue that has to do with the their database. She can’t solve it from home.

It is a slim chance you have. Law carries one of the highest cut off marks. The competition for Law is quite high so you just need to keep your mind open
