Who is Eligible?
Only candidates that scored up to 160 in the 2025 UTME and Post-UTME and selected UMYU as his or her first choice of institution in the UTME registration or completed a change of university from the previously selected institution to the UMYU are eligible to partake in the 2025/2026 post UTME screening exercise.
COST OF UMYU SCREENING FORM
The management of Umaru Musa Yar Adua University post UTME application form cost N2,000 and registration for all candidates shall begin as soon as the management announces a date.
POST UTME SCREENING
Eligible candidates are to upload the following documents on the University’s Post UTME PORTAL from Wednesday 21st August, 2024.
- JAMB Result Slip of the year 2024 for UTME candidates or JAMB Registration Slip of the year 2024 in the case of DE candidates;
- O’ Level Result(s);
- Form of identification (Indigene Letter/National Identification Card/International Passport etc);
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates are to also upload their ‘A’ Level Result (Diploma, IJMB, NCE etc).
Eligibility Criteria
The full list of eligible candidates have been made available on the University’s website.
To be eligible for the screening and aptitude test, a candidate must have:
a. Scored a minimum of 130 marks and above in the 2025 UTME examination
b. Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at O’ level (including English and Mathematics)
c. Sat for the relevant UTME subject combination in the 2025 JAMB examination.
d. Eligible candidates are to pay the sum of N2,000.00 only for the screening and aptitude test through the payment options provided on the University’s application portal.
e. Candidates are to come along with the payment slip for the screening and aptitude test.
f. Similarly candidates with blindness and hearing impairment are exempted.
Application Guide for UMYU Post UTME Screening Form
To apply for UMYU post UTME form online, make use of the online application portal. Making use of this portal, gives you access to make payment and fill the application form. Please note that you can edit your application details, view your application profile and check your application status via this same portal.
Step 1 – You are to click on ‘Register a new Account’ at the right to fill the registration form.
NOTE: Registration is to be done once. If you have registered before just login to continue filling your form.
Step 2 – On successful payment, log on to your profile and edit your application profile (This will require your recent passport photograph and your biodata).
