The following candidates that posses the under listed are eligible for the School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing Form from the National Eye Centre Abuja
- Candidate should possess Nursing Certificate (Basic Nursing)
- Two years practicing experience
- At least five credit in his/her O-level not more than two sitting (Mathematics and English inclusive)

The form is available at School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing, National Eye Centre, Abuja. The cost of the admission form goes for N10,000 (Ten thousand naira) only.
Closing Date for Submission of Forms
The management has announced that the form will be available until the 31st May, 2025 after which there shall be no more collection of forms from applicants. You are hereby advised to purchase and apply on time.
