The School of Nursing, Osogbo admission form for 2025/2026 academic session is out. This is to inform all interested candidates that the Sale of form into the school of Nursing, Osogbo Basic and Post Basic Nursing programme for 2025/2026 academic session is now out and registration has begun.

General Admission Requirements

Interested candidates MUST possess WAEC/GCE/NECO O’Level , with minimum of Five (5) credit passes which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings and not older than 5 years without additional qualification. The subject combination must include the following

Admission Requirements Per Nursing Programme

Basic General Nursing and Basic Midwifery

In addition to the general requirements above, minimum age of entry shall be sixteen (16) years on admission.

Post Basic General Nursing

Applicant must be a registered midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with a valid license.

For Post Basic Midwifery

Must be a registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with a valid license.

Step 1 – Interested applicants are to first visit https://admission.schoolofnursingosogbo.ng/programs to select their nursing programme

Step 2 – Click on NEXT to sign up

Step 3 – Type in your First Name and Last Name (Surname)

Step 6 – Make payment. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional bank charge of ₦150.00

Step 7 – Kindly fill the form properly with your valid information, take note of your password, as you will be using it for the subsequent login. If you have already register, click the Login Button to log in to your dashboard.

Deadline for Submission of Form

The management has announced the deadline for submission of all completed forms as 20th December, 2024. Interested applicants are advised to fill and submit their forms immediately as there will be no room for late application.

  • Examination is computer based testing (CBT)
  • Candidates are advised to keep their Log in PIN as loss of PIN will attract payment of another fee for application form.
