The management of the Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu (OSCOHTECH) has has announced the screening dates for 2023/2024 academic session for candidates that applied for OSCOHTECH post UTME admission form. However, the requirements for participating in the screening exercise has been announced.
Candidate’s admission into the Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu via UTME must have made the polytechnic as either their 1st choice of institution during their UTME registration because 2nd choice candidates shall not be considered for admission. This also applies to Direct Entry candidates and those seeking admission into OSCOHTECH through a change of institution too.
These categories of candidates are hereby invited to participate in the 2023/2024 screening exercise.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must come along with the following documents:
- Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
- Original copy of Birth Certificate
- Copies of the Advanced/Ordinary Level Result (If Available)
- Writing Materials (Pencil, Pen, Eraser and Calculator)
- School Testimonial of last school attended by the applicant
- Print out of the 2023 JAMB UTME Result Slip
- Reference Letter from a well-known/reputable public figure to vouchsafe candidate’s good character and conduct
- Evidence of Screening payment
OSCOHTECH Screening Dates 2023
This is to inform all prospective applicants that applied for Post UTME 2023/2024 academic session that the Screening Exercise will hold as follows
Day 1: Wednesday 10th August 2022 for Community Health and Junior Community Health
Day 2: Thursday 11th August 2022 for Pharmacy Technician and Medical Laboratory Technician.
Day 3: Monday 29th August 2022 for other Technician, Diploma, and Certificate Programmes.
Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Venue: College E-Library
Time: 8am to 4pm (check the screening slip for your actual scheduled time)
NB: All Applicants must be at the screening venue at least 1 hour before the exercise commences.
