NSCOA-MOKWA Admission Form for ND & HND 2020/2021 Session Out

The management of NSCOA-MOKWA has announced the sale of her ND and HND admission form for 2020/2021 academic session. This is to inform all UTME candidates that selected NSCOA-MOKWA as their preferred choice of institution and scored at least 100 and above in their UTME that application is now being invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into ND (National Diploma) programmes.

Eligibility Requirements for ND and HND

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMME

  • Department of Agricultural Extension and Management (AEM)
  • At least Lower Credit grade in Agricultural Technology (AGT), Animal Health and Production Technology (AHPT), Home and Rural Economics (HRE) and other related fields accredited by NBTE.
  • A minimum of one year post – ND cognate work experience in the field of specialization.
  • Must possess minimum entry requirement into ND Programme.
  • Academic Transcript of ND obtained (for applicants coming from other institutions).

Crop Production Technology (CPT) Department

  • At least LowerCredit grade in Agricultural Technology (AGT), and General Agricultural accredited by NBTE.
  • A minimum of one year post – ND cognate work experience in the field of specialization.
  • Must possess minimum entry requirement into ND Programme. Academic Transcript of ND (for applicants coming from other institutions).

Home and Rural Economics (HRE) Department

  • At least Lower Credit grade in Home and Rural Economics or Home Economics accredited by NBTE.
  • A minimum of one year post – ND cognate work experience in the field of specialization.
  • Must possess minimum entry requirement into ND Programme. Academic Transcript of ND (for applicants coming from other institutions).

Pest Management Technology (PMT) Department

  • Atleas Lower Credit grade in Agricultural Technology (AGT), General Agriculture, Animal Health and Production Technology (AHPT) and Fishery Technology recognized by NBTE.
  • A minimum of one year post – ND cognate work experience Must possess minimum entry requirement into ND Programme.
  • Academic Transcript of ND (for applicants coming from other institutions).

NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PROGRAMME

Agricultural Technology (AGT) Department

  • At least 4 ‘O’ level credits at not more than 2 sittings obtained from WAEC, NECO or any recognized body in the relevant subjects: Biology or Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geography/ Economics or Physics. At least a pass grade in English Language being a national admission requirement into tertiary institutions in the country.
  • A satisfactory performance at Pre – National (Pre – ND) Programme recognized by NBTE in the relevant field.
  • Pass in the JAMB – MPCE examination added to (i) above.

Animal Health and Production Technology (AHPT) Department

  • At least 4 ‘O’ level credits at not more than 2 sittings obtained from WAEC, NECO or any recognized body in the relevant subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physic, Geography or Economics. At least a pass grade in English Language is required in line with the national policy on tertiary education.
  • A satisfactory overall performance at Pre – National Diploma (Pre – ND) Programme recognized by NBTE in the relevant field.
  • Pass in the JAMB – MPCE examination added to (i) above.

Home and Rural Economics (HRE) Department

  • At least 4 ‘O’ level credits at not more than 2 sittings obtained from WAEC, NECO or any recognized body in the relevant subjects: Home Management, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics/ Geography physics plus atleast a pass grade in English Language
  • A satisfactory overall performance at Pre – National (Pre – ND) Programme recognized by NBTE in the relevant field.
  • Pass in the JAMB – MPCE examination added to (i) above.

PRE – NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PROGRAMME

At least 4 ‘O’ level passes at not more than 2 sittings obtained from WAEC, NECO or any recognized body in: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology or Agricultural Science.

Registration Exercise

Students (both old and fresh) must register themselves with the College at the beginning of every semester.
