This is to notify all newly admitted postgraduate students that LASU postgraduate school fees for fresh PGD and M.Sc students 2025/2026 academic session has been released by the management of the institution and the fees as seen below is strictly for postgraduates.
Please note that this information does not only contain LASU PG school fees but other compulsory charges as seen below.
LASU tuition fee as seen in the table below has been broken down for proper understanding and freshly admitted PG students are advised to go through carefully as there shall be no refunds after payment is made.
The table below is a detailed schedule of LASU postgraduate school fees for all postgraduate programmes offered in the institution, other charges include acceptance fee, medical fee, ICT fee, Library and other compulsory fees payable by new pg students as mandated by the management of Lagos state university, Ojo.
All newly admitted students of Lagos State University are to take note of the following:
Firstly, LASU postgraduate acceptance fee is to be paid first upon admission into either a polytechnic or university, this is a process applicable in all Universities in Nigeria, be it Federal or state poly. Below is the table containing the non-refundable fee
Late payment of Lasu pg school fees would attract extra charges and failure to pay the fees on time could lead to the student’s inability to seat for their semester examination or forfeiture of admission as approved by the management of the institution. This is applicable to both full-time and part-time students.
LASU like most states universities in Nigeria, do not offer the option of paying school fees in installments due to its affordability. School fees are to be paid in one installment, though there are rare cases where parents and guardians are allowed to pay in parts.

Tuition fee for fresh PG students is as follows;
Initial school fees payment = N400,000
2nd payment = N200,000
Grand total = N600,000
Total fee payable by postgraduate freshers is six hundred thousand naira only 600,000 for the postgraduate programme.
