This is to notify the public that KWASU school fees for fresh/new students (indigenes and non indigenes 2025/2026 academic session has been released by the management of the institution and the fees as seen below is strictly for undergraduates.

Please note that aside the fees, other compulsory charges have been included for freshers fees for fresh students 2025/2026 academic session has been released by the management and school authority.

This fee as seen in the table below has been broken down into school fees for both indigenes and non-indigenes in various faculties therefore, newly admitted students are advised to go through carefully as there shall be no refund after payment is made.

This information is for newly admitted students or prospective students who have chosen KWASU as their preferred choice of Institution during the UTME registration or just want to inquire about their tuition fee and other compulsory fees payable for 2025/2026 academic session?

The table below is a detailed schedule of KWASU School fees for all courses offered in KWASU, and please note that this fee is strictly Kwara state university as seen in the table below includes acceptance fee, school/tuition fee for new and returning students and other fees payable by new students as mandated by the management of the university.

All newly admitted students of Kwara state university are to take note of the following:

KWASU acceptance fee is to be paid first upon admission into either a polytechnic or university, this is a process applicable in all Universities in Nigeria, be it Federal or state poly. It serves as a proof of acceptance of the provisional admission from JAMB.

Late payment of Kwara state university school fees would attract extra charges and failure to pay the fees on time could lead to the student’s inability to seat for their semester examination or forfeiture of admission as approved by the management of the institution. This is applicable to both full-time and part-time students.

Kwara state university like most states universities in Nigeria, do not offer the option of paying school fees in installments due to its affordability. School fees are to be paid in one installment, though there are rare cases where parents and guardians are allowed to pay in parts.

All fresh/newly admitted students of KWASU are advised to pay their tuition fees for 2025/2026 academic session early to the designated banks as approved by the school management.

  1. All Departmental and Other Fees should be paid Online
  2. All fees for year 2-4 is inclusive of tuition and entrepreneurship fees.
  3. Sum of N2,500 for Handbook – All students
  4. Sum of N5,000 for 100 – 300 Level – Biochemistry students
  5. Sum N5,000 for all students of Toursim, Merchandising and Hospitality Management
  6. Sum of N20,000 for 400 Level Education Students (Teaching Practice Exercise)
  7. Sum of N18,000 for 300 Level Education students (Teaching Practice Exercise)
  8. All geology students must add additional N25,000 for field work
  9. College of Agriculture: Excursion N9,000 / College Professional Registration N1,000 / Farming Practice Training (FPT) N40,000
