It depends if you are running a full time or part time PGD programme. Full time and part time takes an average of 12 -15months and 15 to 18 months respectively.

You cannot graduate with a third class and go straight for Masters degree. With a 3rd class, you will have to go through PGD in any of the postgraduate courses you intend applying for.

How come Imsu acceptance fee is 80k while other state schools charge cheaper like 30k, more so, your course fees are over the roof. Why? Are these fees for both for indigenes and others. I thought there was free education in IMO state university, especially, for indigenes.
