a) JAMB Cut Off Mark: Candidates must score at least 18 and above in the 2021 UTME and must have selected Federal University of Technology, Owerri as their first choice of Institution in their 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination registration exercise.
b) Candidates who did not choose Federal University of Technology, Owerri as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for FUTO Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Federal University of Technology, Owerri on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
c) Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS despite choosing FUTO as their 1st choice of institution during the 2021 UTME registration or changed their institution and course to Federal University of Technology, Owerri are also NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for FUTO post UTME form online.
d) FUTO O’Level Requirements: Candidate must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent. The subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics (for courses for which a credit in mathematics is required) as well as three other relevant subjects (four if excluding mathematics); at not more than two sittings.
e) FUTO DE Requirement: Candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree and A’ Level in relevant discipline and subjects.
