Federal University, Oye-Ekiti makes it compulsory for candidates who passed their post UTME screening test and have their names on the FUOYE admission list to physically come immediately for clearance & registration exercise. This exercise requires the physical and online submission of original and photocopies documents for your clearance to be deemed complete in FUOYE.

List of Documents Required for Physical Clearance in FUOYE

  1. JAMB admission letter
  2. University Admission Letter
  3. SSCE/IJMB/A level Results
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Completed Bio-data Form
  6. Letter of Attestation (Duly signed by Parent)
  7. Guarantor’s Letter (Duly signed by Clergy, Officers from grade level 13 and above)
  8. Court Affidavit of Good Conduct
  9. Medical Report (from University Health Centre)

Having provided the above documents and uploaded to FUOYE portal, you can then start with other registrations like course registration, apply for hostel accommodation (optional), pay your faculty and departmental dues and so on.
