This exercise requires the physical and online submission of original and photocopies documents for your clearance to be deemed complete in MTU.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PHYSICAL CLEARANCE/REGISTRATION IN MTU
Present to the Registration Officer, the originals and one set of photocopies of the following documents arranged separately in the order shown below:
Verification/Personal Data Form
Acceptance Fee Receipt
UTME Score Result
Post UTME Result
Diploma Result and other entry requirements (for DE Candidates only)
JAMB Admission Letter
Any other supporting documents used during your post UTME registration
Having provided the above documents and uploaded to MTU portal, you can then start with other registrations like course registration, apply for hostel accommodation (optional), pay your faculty and departmental dues and so on.
