The following procedures are to be followed:

Step i: log into the address https://forms.fepoda.edu.ng

Step ii: click on the PTHND, PRE-HND, PT ND and Poly Diploma

Step iii: create account with valid e-mail address

Step iv: proceed to login, make payment of N15,000 through Remita and complete the application form

Step v: print application form and other necessary documents.
