ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Satisfy the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Moor Plantation, Ibadan entry Requirements for each relevant National Diploma Programme;
- Pass at not below Lower Credit in the relevant National Diploma Programmes from accredited programmes/institutions and have completed a minimum of one calendar year post National Diploma relevant work experience (evidence of industrial work experience is required) or .
- Have a Pass at ND level plus two (2) years post qualification cognate experience could be considered for admission;
- Request his/her former Institution to send transcripts of his/her academic record to the Registrar, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Abeokuta;
Note: No candidate will be registered before receipt of the academic transcript.
FCAHPTIB HND Part-time Admission Form Application Flow
Applicants should apply on the Polytechnic portal making use of their ATM card/Master or Visa Card and make payment of processing fee of Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00) only, then proceed to www.mapoly.edu.ng to complete applications forms online.
Step 1 – Click on “Apply Now”
Step 2 – Select program (ND or HND), program type (Full-time or Part-time) and course
Step 3 – Sign up by filling the sign-up form and click on submit
Step 4 – After submission a verification mail will be sent to your mail
Step 5 – Click the link in the verification mail. You will be redirected to the login page
Step 6 – enter your email/registration number and password.
Step 7 – Pay the required pay the HND admission fee of N10,000
Step 8 – Complete the biodata form and upload all necessary documents
Step 9 – Print out the photo card and bring it along on the post UTME/screening day. This is what will be used to admit candidate into the examination.
Step 10 – Continue to check your email for invitation for post-UTME exam/screening.
