The Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU) has approved a special one-week window for the reactivation of LACACA (Lagos State University Central Admission Clearance Application) processes for postgraduate students admitted in the 2025/2026 academic session. This limited opportunity will run from Wednesday, 25th June to Tuesday, 1st July 2025.
All postgraduate candidates who have been offered admission for the 2025/2026 academic year and are yet to commence their LACACA clearance are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this final chance to complete the required procedures within the specified period.
Eligibility Criteria:
This window is strictly available to candidates who have fulfilled the mandatory payment of both Acceptance Fee and Medical Fee. Students who have not completed these payments will not be able to access the platform for clearance.
LASU has made it clear that no further extension will be granted beyond the stipulated deadline. This is due to the immediate commencement of LACACA operations for newly admitted postgraduate candidates of the 2025/2026 session, starting Wednesday, 2nd July 2025.
Important Note:
Only those who have successfully completed the LACACA process and have been assigned official matriculation numbers will be recognized as fully registered postgraduate students of the university. Students are urged to complete their clearance on time to secure their academic standing.
