This exercise requires the physical and online submission of original and photocopies documents for your clearance to be deemed complete in KSUSTA.

Having answered the above, now I will be listing all the documents needed for clearance in KSUSTA post UTME exercise as a fresh student either via UTME or DE (Direct Entry).
KSUSTA Registration Exercise Procedure
STEP 1 – Login your profile using your Matric No and your Application No. as your password
(Ensure to change your password at first login).
STEP 2 – Use the Payment Invoice link from the profile menu to generate invoice for Tuition Fee.
STEP 3 – Use the generated payment invoice to pay your Tuition Fee at any of the designated banks
(see the bottom page of the generated invoice for list of designated banks).
STEP 4 – After payment confirmation, repeat Step 1, then print out payment receipt from the Payment Invoice link of the
profile menu.
STEP 5 – Use Start Registration link to complete all necessary registration forms (e.g. Particular, Medical and Course Form) and Print out copy of Student Profile, Medical History, Course Form, and Accommodation Form.
STEP 6 – Complete the appropriate signatories and submit them accordingly (Please ensure to keep copy of each for yourself)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION IN KSUSTA
Present to the Registration Officer, the originals and one set of photocopies of the following documents arranged separately in the order shown below:
Verification/Personal Data Form
Acceptance Fee Receipt
UTME Score Result
Post UTME Result
O’level Result
Diploma Result and other entry requirements (for DE Candidates only)
Birth Certificate
JAMB Admission Letter
Any other supporting documents used during your post UTME registration
Having provided the above documents and uploaded to KSUSTA post UTME exercise portal, you can then start with other registrations like course registration, apply for hostel accommodation (optional), pay your faculty and departmental dues and so on.
