Kindly be informed that the deadline for the online screening of bio-data/credentials may not be extended. Therefore, any candidate whose screening details are not submitted within the stipulated period mentioned above will not be considered for admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Only candidates who made the Unijos their first (1st) choice and scored 180 mark and above in the 2025/2026 UTME JAMB examination. Below is the table containing the cut off mark for all subjects

ELIGIBILITY: The UTME/DE candidates must have subscribed to the University of Jos as their first choice and scored not less than the Institutional cut-off marks and the differential cut-off marks as presented for various Faculties/Programmes as stated below:

• Candidate must have obtained at least 5 O’level credit passes which must include mathematics and English language plus any other 3 subjects relevant to your course of study.
• Finally, candidates must have selected the University of Jos as his or her 1st choice of institution. Candidates who did not choose UNIJOS as their 1st choice and wish to participate in the post UTME screening test can do so via JAMB CAPS portal.

How to Apply for UNIJOS Post UTME/DE Screening Form

To participate in the forthcoming UNIJOS post UTME screening exercise, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00), only (excluding Bank charges) for the screening.

Payment shall be made through Remita collection platform at any Commercial Bank operating in Nigeria as follows:

Step 1 – Visit the University of Jos portal: portal.unijos.edu.ng

Step 2 – Click on FORM APPLICATION

Step 3 – Click on UTME/DE SCREENING

Step 4 – Enter the candidate’s JAMB Registration Number and click “Get Started”

Step 5 – Candidates will be required to provide contact phone number, email, password, and confirm the password.

Step 6 – Check the email account for a confirmation link from the University and click on it to confirm your account.

Step 7 – Log in to the portal using the email and password provided in step 5.

Step 8 – Process payment for the screening charges from your dashboard by selecting the preferred payment option or channel and follow the instructions.

Step 9 – After successful payment, enter five relevant O-level subjects, their grades, and the exam body, then click “Upload.” Note that editing of results will not be allowed once post-JAMB screening is closed.

Step 10 – Print the Screening Registration Slip, log out, and await further communication from the University.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in appropriate cases, handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.
