The University of Ibadan announces that the physical clearance exercise for candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session is scheduled from Tuesday, 22 April to Friday, 25 April 2025.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents for the clearance:
- Completed FORM B003 (downloadable from the UI website)
- Color-printed Admission Letter (Institutional Copy)
- JAMB Result Slip
- O/Level Result Slip, and, if applicable, A/Level (Cambridge), NCE, OND, HND, or First Degree
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate (for HND and University Degree graduates)
- Two (2) Reference Letters from reputable individuals, written on letterhead and addressed to the Registrar, University of Ibadan
- Birth Certificate
- Four (4) passport photographs
- A file with tags
Candidates must present both original and photocopies of all documents.
Important Note: Physical clearance is mandatory. Candidates must attend at the designated venues on their scheduled date. Upon successful clearance, candidates will receive a Letter of Certification of Admission.
