Candidates who meet the cut off mark are automatically eligible to sit for the 2025/2026 post UTME test and if successful, would be granted admission into university of port-Harcourt (UNIPORT).

Candidates should note that the benefits of meeting the cut off mark for JAMB is that candidates are given the opportunity to sit for the post UTME and upon beating the departmental cut off mark, are given the opportunity to study into any of theĀ courses offered in UNIPORT upon successfully completing his or her physical internal screening of documents by the relevant faculties and offices in the school.
Documents required for Internal screening in university of port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) are;
a) Printed Post-UTME Screening Form
b) Internet copy of Oālevel results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS)
c) Printed copy JAMB Result Slip
d) Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
e) Local Government Indigene/Citizen/Residence Certificate
f) Recent colored passport photographs (Not less than 8 copies)
Like we would always inform candidates, beating university of port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) cut off mark for JAMB does not in any way guarantee you an automatic admission into the University, until a successful internal screening exercise (physical verification of original documents) is carried out on candidates before candidate is fully admitted into the institution.
Just like mostĀ Universities in Nigeria, university of port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) automatically grants admission to candidates to study the course of their choice upon payment of the acceptance fee for provisional admission from JAMB as failure to do so means automatic forfeiture of the admission.

UNIPORT cut off mark for all courses 2025/2026 academic session is 160, though this depends on the course being offered, therefore, candidates who score up to 160 are automatically eligible for to sit for the institution’s post UTME examination forĀ any of the courses chosen in JAMB.
Candidates should once again be reminded that the higher their JAMB and post UTME score, the higher their chances of gaining admission to study the course registered in your UTME.
