As for resumption date, no news on that yet. But school fees remains the same. Fees are not increased yearly. Some schools maintain the same fees for more than 3 academic sessions.

Okay firstly, what course did you study in your first degree? This would determine if you are eligible for Masters in Public Relations. Again if you graduated anything short of Second class lower then you will have to go through PGD before attempting to apply for Masters.
