Eligibility Requirements
Please note, UNICAL DOES NOT accept awaiting result. You must have meet the following:
(1) ONLY Candidates who scored 140 and above in the 2025/2026 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who made the The University of Calabar (UNICAL) their First Choice Institution, are eligible for post UTME screening exercise.
(2) In addition, each candidate must possess credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language at not more than two (2) sittings. Check HERE for list of JAMB approved courses and their correct subject combination.
(3) Direct Entry candidates must be holders of A’Level/ND/NCE/HND/First Degree in relevant discipline and subjects.
