Yes you can apply via your Direct Entry upon completion. But you cannot transfer midway from a College of Education or Polytechnic to a University.

You cannot study Biochemistry with 200 JAMB score. You can make use of your IJMB and yes you will be admitted into 200 Level straight up but know that as soon as you start the process you cannot make use of the JAMB result for UNIABUJA again except you buy a change of institution form and fill in another University. UNIABUJA will be conducting post UTME test.
