To purchase the form, interested applicants are advised to physically pay a visit to the School of Nursing ATBU Teaching Hospital to collect Invoice to enable them pay the fees at TSA pay points at ATBUTH, Bauchi.

The Forms will be collected at the school after payment.

Before going through the above process, applicants must meet the following requirements as seen below

Entry Admission Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following requirements before purchasing the school of Nursing ATBU Teaching Hospital admission application form for 2025/2026 academic session.

Candidates must;

A) Have a minimum of Five credits credits which must include English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Physics in NECO, WAEC or both at not more than two sittings.

Important Note:
* Completed forms should be returned to the school on or before 29th June, 2025.
* Entrance examination will be conducted on 30th June, 2025 and successful candidates will be invited for interview on 23rd July, 2025.
* Both the entrance examinations and interview will be conducted at the School of Nursing, ATBUTH, Bauchi.
