This information is for candidates with intention to become RN (Registered Nurses). School of Nursing UCTH Application Form 2025/2026 for the Entrance Examination into the school are sold every year from April to June.

The entrance is expected to take place in July, while the interview is usually scheduled for August. Final selection is based on the results of these examinations; and successful candidates are expected to resume training in the school in October, first week of the year.

School of Nursing UCTH Form costs between 8,000 to 10,000 Naira, this is an estimate to prepare for the cost of purchasing the form.

These candidates must give written consent for admission offer by completing and signing of the acceptance form, within two weeks of the release of the interview results. The offer lapses after this two weeks, and the chance (vacancy) given to candidates on the waiting list.

Admission Requirement Into School of Nursing UCTH 2025/2026 Session

Admission into the school is by entrance examination: Written and Interview. Male and Female are eligible to take the entrance examination, which is organized by the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital.

The Candidates must have had full Secondary School Education and should possess Senior Secondary Certificate or its equivalent with five (5) ‘credits’ at one or two sittings.

These credits must be in the following subject: Mathematics, English language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
