POLAC 11th Regular Course Screening Schedule 2025/2026 Academic Session Announced

The Nigerian Police Academy Wudil (POLAC) invites all candidates who successfully completed their online registration in the ongoing 11th regular intake application for physical and credential screening exercise, which is scheduled to hold at designated venues in states across the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The CBT test dates for all applicants have been stated clearly towards the end of this post.

POLAC Screening Requirements

Applicants will first be subjected to CBT, and only those who pass, will go to the next stage of the exercise, which is composed of Credentials, Physical, Psychological and Medical Screening and subsequently, the Board Interview. Accommodation will also be provided for them.

All applicants are to appear at the screening centre in their clean white T-shirt and short with the following mandatory basic screening requirements, neatly arranged in two white flat files with a recent passport photographs attached:

i. Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government recognized Medical Hospital

ii. Evidence of Good character from Village/District Head of the applicant.

iii. Certificate of Origin signed by Local Government Chairman or Secretary

iv. National Identity Number (NIN) – Slip Print -out

v. Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O’ Level Result(s), Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, and Jamb result print-out

vi. Print-out of application form

vii. Duly completed Guarantor’s form

viii. CBT – Exam Card

Any candidate who fails to present the items (i -viii) mentioned in Paragraph 3 above, will not be considered for screening.

Applicants are equally advised to pay attention to their scheduled date and time, other details and specific guidelines on the screening exercise.

POLAC Screening Test Schedule 2025/2026 Session

ADMISSION INTO THE 11th REGULAR COURSE INVITATION FOR COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT),  AUTOMATED PHYSICAL/CREDENTIAL SCREENING, PSYCHOLOGICAL SCREENING, MEDICAL SCREENING AND BOARD INTERVIEW EXERCISE FROM DECEMBER 4TH, 2024

The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) invites all candidates, who successfully completed their online registration for admission into the 11th Regular Course, for Automated Physical/Credential Screening, Computer-Based Test (CBT), Medical Screening and Board Interview exercises, scheduled to hold from Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 by 0800hrs daily, at the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil-Kano till it is concluded. Kindly visit www.polac.edu.ng/cbt_exam_slip to print your invitation slip to the exercise.

Applicants are advised to visit www.polca.edu.ng to login with their respective USERNAME and PASSWORD (CANDIDATE’S NAME AND JAMB NUMBER AND YOUR NIN NUMBER) to print out your invitation letter.

Applicants are hereby advised to pay attention to details and specific guidelines as stated on the screening exercise. Meanwhile, the commandant, AIG Ahmad Abdurrahman, PSC (+) mni, has assured that the statutory requirements into the Force as clearly stated in the Police Act and Regulations, would be followed to ensure to ensure that all applicants shortlisted are allowed to participate and to recommend their suitability or otherwise in the spirit of transparency, accountability and fair hearing using the already established  benchmarks as contained in the Act.

The Commandant, while reiterating that the automated physical screening exercise is absolutely free of charge, advised applicants to be wary of criminal elements who would want to utilize this opportunity and take undue advantage of innocent applicants during this exercise to scam them. He however warned that anyone found wanting will be made to face the full wrath of the law.
