Osun Poly cut off mark for all courses 2025/2026 academic session remains the same, as for candidates who wish to apply for Osun state polytechnic, see their cut off mark towards the end of the post.
Also, candidates who sat and did not meet the current OSPoly cut off mark and wishes to change institution or course can do so here by going through how to change your Institution and course through registered CBT centres. Candidates are advised to visit the nearest JAMB accredited CBT centres closest to them to effect the above changes.
Candidates who meet the cut off mark are automatically eligible to sit for 2025/2026 post UTME test and if successful, would be granted admission into Osun state Polytechnic, Iree.

Candidates should note that the benefits of meeting OSPOLY JAMB cut off mark is that candidates are given the opportunity to sit for the post UTME and upon beating the departmental cut off mark, are given the opportunity to study into any of the courses offered in the polytechnic upon successfully completing his or her physical internal screening of documents by the relevant faculties and offices in the school.
Documents required for Internal screening in Osun Poly are;
- Printed Post-UTME Screening Form
- Internet copy of O’level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS)
- Printed copy JAMB Result Slip
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
- Local Government Indigene/Citizen/Residence Certificate
- Recent colored passport photographs (Not less than 16 copies)
Like we would always inform candidates, beating Osun state poly cut off mark for JAMB does not in any way guarantee you an automatic admission into the polytechnic, until a successful internal screening exercise (physical verification of original documents) is carried out on candidates before candidate is fully admitted into the institution.

| What is the cut off mark for Electrical and Electronics Engineering and other Engineering courses? | We advise that you score at least 180 and above in your JAMB so when your aggregate cut off mark is calculated, you will stand a better chance of gaining admission into OSPOLY. |
| I scored 175 in jamb is there any chance of me studying any Engineering course? | First you need to confirm if the Engineering course is offered in OSPOLY. Whatever might be the answer, you are eligible to participate in the post UTME. I would advise you change your course to a less competitive one because a JAMB score of 175 cannot give you any Engineering course. |
| I am an indigene and I scored 160 in JAMB, can I secure admission in OSPOLY? | The answer is YES you can because you scored higher than the minimum cut off mark for OSPOLY. However, gaining admission would also depend on the course you selected. |

All science course have their various cut off marks at OSPOLY even though the difference wouldn’t be significant. At this point, this would be determined your post UTME score. |

Accounting is a professional course hence high JAMB cut off mark. You need at least 200 and above with a good post UTME score to study Accounting in OSPOLY. |

Just like most polytechnics in Nigeria, OSPOLY automatically grants admission to candidates to study the course of their choice upon payment of the acceptance fee for provisional admission from JAMB as failure to do so means automatic forfeiture of the admission.

Osun poly cut off mark for 2025/2026 academic session is 150, therefore, candidates who score up to 150 are automatically eligible for to sit for the institution’s post UTME examination. Though some other courses cut off mark are beyond 150 points.
Candidates should once again be reminded that the higher their JAMB and post UTME score, the higher their chances of gaining admission to study the course registered in your UTME.

Just search for a less competitive course in OSPOLY and apply for. Go through the courses offered and check for anyone other than your initial course because the lesser the competitiveness of a course, the higher you chances of being admitted and vice versa.
