The National Open University of Nigeria is the leading ODL (Open and Distance Learning) institution in Nigeria as at today. NOU currently has 78 Study Centres spread across the six geo-political zones, however, not all run postgraduate programmes. Its one step at a time. Firstly you can go for M.Sc in public administration however it would be safe to request you go through the postgraduate M.Sc requirements for public administration in NOUN.
As for when the form will be on sale, that will be at the discretion of the management.

Just obtain the postgraduate diploma form. Fill and submit by providing all necessary documents. As for the tuition fee, it is the same as the registration fee per course. So what you pay per course registration is actually the tuition fee.

It’s depends on your first degree. If you studied the same course or very related Course, you don’t need to go through PGDE before acquiring an M.Ed. if it’s a totally different course from your first degree then of course you need to get a PGDE first before going for M.Ed.

The NOUN Masters form would soon be out, no date has been specified yet. There could be other little charges though these are the major fees to be paid. You cannot run two programmes simultaneously at NOUN or any tertiary institution.

Well it is possible but this is the fee we are aware of. Never heard about examination fee per course. We shall confirm and get back to you
The above fee is for registration, you must register each 3 unit courses 2500, 2 unit courses 2000. if the courses are 9 you must register each. You need to register the courses for exam each 1000. Averagely it requires 65, 000 or above to complete your 1st semester 100level. subsequent fees may be less.
