This to inform and notify the general public, most especially, all persons, parents, guardians, friends or candidates who are interested or know of anyone who have interested of studying in NOUN, that the school board has released the 2025/2026 application and registration form and that application is currently on-going.
NOUN UNDERGRADUATE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- An applicant for undergraduate admission into NOUN is normally expected to have a minimum of 5 O-level credits including English Language and Mathematics.
- Additional requirements might apply for some programmes and these can be viewed after selecting the Programme and entry level at the Faculty’s admission page.
- To apply for a programme, select the Faculty, choose the programme and entry level so that the View Requirement button is enabled. Clicking this button will reveal the corresponding entry requirement and enable the Apply button on the pre-payment application page.

The academic institution announces the sales of application form for admission into the following programmes which are listed below:

Firstly, application is to be done online from your point of convenience, simply follow the guidelines below to commence your application.
What to Do Before Filling NOUN Application Form
Before filling the NOUN application form, you are required to pay a registration fee. Take note that filling the National Open University Admission Application form is done online, but before that, here’s how to pay the registration and application forms.
(Take note that both the registration and application forms are the same)
Step 1: There are selected few commercial banks which are in partnership with NOUN, here are the lists of these approved banks. You’re required to visit any of the following Approved Banks.

IMPORTANT NOTE
There are some security measures you’re expected to take note of, before making payment. Be informed that the school won’t in any way, be held reliable for any payment made into any account other than the above designated banks and account numbers which are listed below. Before making payment, walk to the banks customer support, ask them to verify the account number if it truly belongs to the National Open University of Nigeria.
Step 2: You should pay the following fees for NOUN application forms, each programmes have their own applicable fees:

Follow the steps below in order to apply for NOUN admission form for 2025/2026 academic session
STEP 1 – Visit the site www.nouonline.net
STEP 2 – On the Home Page, go to the Menu Bar, Click on Apply for Admission
STEP 3 – Select either Undergraduate Programme or Postgraduate Programme. Other programme is not available at the moment
STEP 4 – Go to “Choose Faculty” (note it can be found at the left hand side of the screen)
STEP 5 – Select Faculty
STEP 6 – Fill displayed form
STEP 7 – Click below to view admission criteria
STEP 8 – Click “Apply” to proceed.
STEP 9 – Take note of the UNIQUE ID displayed
STEP 10 – Click ‘Continue’ button
STEP 11 – Select Bank Branch as payment type
STEP 12 – Click “Pay”
STEP 13 – Copy and take your RRR number to any bank branch for payment.
After Payment
STEP 1 – Perform step 1 to 3
STEP 2 – Go to “Continue After Payment”
STEP 3 – Input Unique ID, RRR number and Programme
STEP 4 – Click “Proceed”
STEP 5 – Fill Form. Note: all fields marked with red star are compulsory.
After filling form
STEP 1 – Click “Submit”
STEP 2 – Print Admission Letter
STEP 3 – Visit the nearest study centre for screening

Important Notes
All candidates who are interested in applying for the 2025/2026Â NOUN admission form should make sure, that they always insist on paying the stipulated cost only in the bank and obtain official receipt at the point of payment. This will be your proof of payment.

There are NOUN accredited study/lecture centres and offices. You will need to attend physically. NOUN is not an online institution
