The management of The Modibbo Adama University (MAU) has announced to the general public especially newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for freshers who recently got admitted into The Modibbo Adama University (MAU) for the 2025/2026 academic session has been rescheduled to hold on Wednesday, 27th March 2024.
Every student participating in the Matriculation exercise students is mandated to be present at the venue for procession according to their respective Faculties by 8:am at the venue.
Please note that this matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students that gained admission into The Modibbo Adama University (MAU) either via UTME or Direct Entry method as attendance will be taken because you will be required to sign the Matriculation Register immediately after the event is over.

- Date: Wednesday, 27th March 2024
- Time: 10:00 am
- Venue: University’s Convocation Square
- Mandatory Rehearsal: Tuesday, 26th March 2024, at 2:00 pm
What You Need to Do
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of five hundred Naira (N500.00) is required.
- Collection: Academic gowns will be available from Faculty Officers starting from Monday, 25th March 2024, at 12:00 noon.
- Return Date: All gowns must be returned to the Central Stores by Friday, 1st April 2024.
