The Federal University, Lokoja runs 2 (two) campuses, one is the College of Health Sciences (COHS) Campus, Adankolo which houses Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Science and Medical Laboratory Science while the second is the Felele Campus (Permanent Site) where the Faculties of Agriculture, Arts, Education, Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science and Social Sciences are situated.
Federal University, Lokoja makes it compulsory for candidates who passed their post UTME screening test and have their names on the FULOKOJA admission list to physically come immediately for clearance & registration exercise. This exercise requires the physical and online submission of original and photocopies documents for your clearance to be deemed complete in FULOKOJA.

i. Visit your Department and submit three (3) copies of each of the documents listed below to your Departmental Administrative Officer:

Failure to present the above documents will lead to the withdrawal of the offer of admission.
ii. Submit a copy of your STUDENT BIO-DATA FORM (Form 01) and the online School Charges Receipt to each of the Units listed below:
a. Students Affairs Division
b. University Library
c. Sports Unit
d. University Health Services Centre
e. University Counseling Centre
f. Security Unit
