Please note that only candidates who meet the cut off mark for any of the courses offered in IMT (Institute of Management and Technology) are automatically eligible to participate in the 2025/2026 post UTME screening exercise and if successful, would be granted admission into IMT (Institute of Management and Technology)

Candidates should note that the benefits of meeting the cut off mark for JAMB is that candidates are given the opportunity to sit for the post UTME and upon beating the departmental cut off mark, are given the opportunity to study into any of the courses offered in IMT (Institute of Management and Technology upon successfully completing his or her physical internal screening of documents by the relevant faculties and offices in the school.

Like we would always remind candidates that beating IMT (Institute of Management and Technology) cut off mark for JAMB does not in any way guarantee any candidate an automatic admission into the polytechnic, until a successful internal screening exercise (physical verification of original documents) is carried out on candidates before candidate is fully admitted into the institution.
Just like most Polytechnics in Nigeria, the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) automatically grants admission to candidates to study the course of their choice upon payment of the acceptance fee for provisional admission from JAMB as failure to do so means automatic forfeiture of the admission.
IMT JAMB Cut Off Mark 2025/2026 Academic Session
IMT cut off mark for all courses 2025/2026 academic session is 120, therefore, candidates who score up to 120 are automatically eligible for to sit for the institution’s post UTME examination for any of the courses chosen in JAMB. IMT Cut off mark for all departments and faculties is 150, this simply means that any candidate who gets up to this score is eligible to sit for the post UTME irrespective of the course or department.
Candidates should once again be reminded that the higher their JAMB and post UTME score, the higher their chances of gaining admission to study the course registered in your UTME.
