This application is for candidates whose names did not come out on the merit list, they are therefore advised to purchase the supplementary form.

Application Guide for IMSU Supplementary Admission Form
Candidates interested in IMSU Supplementary admission form are to follow the following steps as seen below.
Candidates that did not choose Imo State University as first choice are eligible to apply, provided they visit JAMB portal on www.jamb.gov.ngin any of the JAMB accredited CBT centres and effect the change of Institution
Supplementary form is obtainable at the cost of N 10,000. Interested candidates should:
Step 1: Visit any bank and make payment using the bank branch Interswitch Paydirect platform.
Step 2: Select supplementary application
Step 3: Enter JAMB REG NO/NAMES eg. 7678999 BA/ Sunday Okechukwu Iyang
Step : Make payment and generate receipt
