General Admission Requirements Into Ignatius Ajuru University of Education
Ignatius Ajuru University of Education requires that applicants or candidates as the case may be must possess a minimum entry qualification of four (5) O’level credit in relevant subjects which must include mathematics and English at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO or its equivalent.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE
Eligibility for admission in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education is that candidates who will sit for the 2025/2026 UTME with relevant subjects combinations and have scored a minimum of 140 are eligible to participate in the admission screening exercise.

IUAE Cut Off Mark For JAMB 2025/2026 Academic Session
Ignatius Ajuru University of Education JAMB cut off marks for 2025/2026 academic session is 140 for all courses with the exception of Accounting (170 and above) Management (170 and above), Marketing (150 and above) and Office & Information Management (150 and above), therefore, candidates who get up to 140 are automatically eligible for internal screening exercise, but we must warn you, the higher your JAMB score, the higher your chances of clinching the course registered in your UTME.

Scoring up to the cut off mark or above does not translate to automatic admission. Every department has a limit, so amongst the list of students that passed the cut off marks, only the best will be selected and when the limit is reached, even though your child scores above the cut off mark, his gaining admission would be determined on how high his or her score is. Students with 240. 250. 260 and so on will be selected before considering students who managed to score above the school’s minimum cut off mark. I hope this is well ubderstood.
