Eligibility Requirements

UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 and above

• B.Sc. Dental Technology
• B.Sc. Public Health (Dental Therapy Option)
• B.Sc. Public Health (Social Work Option)
• B.Sc. Prosthetic and Orthotics
• B.Sc. Public Health
• B.Tech. Biomedical Technology.

B. Post Basic Dental Nursing Requirement

Direct Entry candidates must be holders of ND/HND/First Degree and A ‘Level in relevant disciplines and subjects.

Those who did not choose FUAHSE as first choice College but scored a minimum of 150 for (B.Sc) can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution.

Application Guide for FUAHSE Post UTME Admission Form

Eligible candidates for A & B should pay a non-refundable sum of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only. Candidates seeking admission into B(Post Basic Dental Nursing) should purchase the form for a non-refundable sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000.00) only, via the College portal

To register, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1 – Visit the College website: https://portal.fuahse.edu.ng

Step 2 – Select 2025/2026 application Form and click on

Step 3 – Under post UTME Application, click on ‘Generate Invoice’.

Step 4 – Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).

Step 5 – Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM

Step 6 – Return to the College portal

Step 7 – Click on complete application form, to obtain your login credentials to complete your registration

Step 8 – Correctly enter O’Level

Step 9 – Confirm your entries.

Step 10 – Submit your application.

Step 11 – Print out your acknowledgement slip.

Step 12 – Await further communication from the College.

Candidates who complete the above-stated registration process will be allowed access to a link through which they can upload their O “Level credentials for screening.

Nature of the Screening Exercise

The 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise shall be based on verified JAMB scores and WAEC/GCE/NECO uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
