EKSU Announces Resumption Date for Fresh & Returning Students 2023

This is to inform all fresh and returning students of Ekiti State University that the management of the institution has announced the resumption date for fresh and returning students. The resumption of schools in Ekiti state has become necessary as the school management to wrap up the academic session within the scheduled timeframe.

Accordingly, both fresh and returning students are to resume on the same date unlike in the past where freshers resume a week before returning students.

The academic activities for the 2023/2024 academic session has been designed for speed as soon as students resume to cover up for the lapses caused by the ongoing ASUU strike embarked upon by the Union since February 14th, 2022. All academic and non academic activities have been scheduled to take place between 3 to 4 months approximately.

EKSU RESUMPTION DATE FOR FRESH AND RETURNING STUDENTS

After a plenary meeting with the board, the Vice Chancellor has directed that all fresh and returning students of EKSU resume on Monday, 22nd May 2023 as lecture will resume immediately
