Be informed that AUCHI Poly change of course form require that newly admitted candidates meet some conditions. Auchi Poly change of course form requirements have been well outlined towards the end of this post.

Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course Requirements
Candidates seeking for admission to study any of the courses listed above must meet the following requirements below;
1. Must have scored 150 and above except for photography which is 150 and above in the 2026 UTME.
2. Must meet the minimum entry requirements of 5 credits passes at a sitting or 6 credit passes at two (2) sittings.
Procedure On How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course Form
To purchase the form, you must go to Auchi Polytechnic Admission’s Office to collect tally before making payment!
All payments must are to be completed via Polaris Bank Plc (former Skye Bank), Auchi, Edo state.
Auchi Poly Change of Course Form Deadline
The management has announced that 30th of Apri, 2026 is the deadline for submission of Auchi Poly change of course forms. Any form that is submitted beyond 30th of April November 2026, will be rejected automatically.
