Adekunle Ajasin University school of postgraduate studies has announced the sale of AUUA postgraduate forms for 2023/2024 academic session. The cost of AUUA Postgraduate admission form for 2023/2024 academic session is 10,000 Naira only. how to apply for AUUA PG form online via AUUA’s PG portal, the cost of AUUA’s Postgraduate form and the closing date for submission of all completed Postgraduate forms for 2023/2024 academic session.

I will simplify the process of applying for AUUA Postgraduate form in a coordinated manner for ease of understanding especially for first time applicants. However, applicants that have previously registered and participated in the previous Postgraduate screening exercise but did not make it through can equally gain form this information being posted here

AAUA offers admission into various Postgraduate programmes in the following fields ranging from Science, Arts, Education, Law, Social Science, Management science and Agricultural Sciences and yearly, applications are invited for admission into the above programmes.

This is another year and the management wishes to inform the general public who wishes to pursue their PG programmes at AAUA that applications are currently being invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into AAUA (Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko) postgraduate programme for full-time/Sandwich Postgraduate Master and Ph.D. for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Duration For All Postgraduate Programmes Offered At AAUA (Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba)

The info here contains details of the duration of all available pg programme offered at AAUA (Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko) under PGD, M.Sc and Ph.D levels for full-time and Sandwich programmes.

A minimum of three years (six semesters) and a maximum of five years (ten semesters) for full-time candidates, and a minimum of four years (eight Semesters) and maximum of six years (twelve Semesters) for M.Sc & Ph.D Sandwich candidates.

Furthermore, all candidate in regular employment are expected to submit alongside their application, a formal letter of release for Postgraduate Studies issued by their organization.

Again, applicants from other universities aside of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba – Akoko (AAUA), must request their former Universities or Institutions to forward directly to the Secretary, Postgraduate School, the academic transcripts of their first degrees or Master’s degree, with respect to applicants for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees respectively.


Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba – Akoko shall offer admission to any interested candidate(s) within the range of 55% – 59.9% at the Master’s level for the M.Phil/Ph.D Programmes where available.

How to Apply for AAUA Postgraduate Admission Form

On how to apply for AAUA postgraduate admission, you will be required to first pay through Remita Platform only at the following Banks: Access, Skye, Wema, First, Zenith or Keystone and Heritage etc, for a sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) and log on to AAUA website at to complete the application form, submit and print a copy to be able to sit for the qualifying examination at a date to be announced at a later date to all successful applicants.

Step 1: To apply for AAUA PG programme, click HERE to login

Step 2: For a fresh candidate that has no account, click on “Create an account” link

Step 3: Fill the account creation form appropriately and submit. Your login credentials will be sent to your phone and email address immediately. You will then be directed to the login page to continue your application registration.
Make sure you make use of your personal phone number and email address during your application because it will be used as a constant means of communication between you and the university.

Step 4: Login with your username and password to start your application registration.

Step 5: Go to Payment/Application Information, Click on Generate Invoice/RRR and take the generated RRR to any of the specified banks in the invoice generated and make payment

Step 6: After payment @ the bank, Login again and click on Confirm icon to confirm your application and continue your application

Step 7: The Application Data forms are grouped into Seven (7) sections. Please fill carefully and appropriately.

Step 8: Download Referee Confidential Form under the download menu. Send the printed forms to your referees to fill appropriately, and collect and send to the specified address.

Step 9: The passport (scanned in JPG image format) will be uploaded to complete your registration
After completing the registration, please carefully go through the forms again before you click on “Finalise Application”

Step 10: Click on “Finalize Application” to finalize your registration. Finalizing your Application will make the school to receive your application. NOTE:If you click on Finalize Application, you will not be able to modify the Application Form again.

Upon completing above steps 1 to 10, you are to print the preview page for reference and upon completion of your application, you will be contacted by the school to confirm your admission status.



You are expected to submit hard copy of the printed application form to your intended Department and two hard copies to the Secretary Postgraduate School.
