Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, has announced the release of its ND Fourth and Fifth Supplementary Admission Lists for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
The Polytechnic confirmed that candidates whose names appear on the lists have been successfully admitted through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). As a result, affected candidates are advised to treat all follow-up procedures as urgent and mandatory.

How to Check the ND 4th and 5th Supplementary Admission List
Candidates can access the admission list via the official notice shared online by the Polytechnic, specifically through the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Facebook post where the names of admitted candidates are published.
Steps for Admitted Candidates
All candidates offered admission are required to follow the steps below carefully and in the stated order:
1. Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
Candidates must log in to their JAMB CAPS profile and formally accept the admission offer. If the admission status is still marked as pending, acceptance on CAPS is compulsory, as this serves as official confirmation of admission.
2. Generate Acceptance Fee Invoice on the Polytechnic Portal
Admitted candidates should visit any cyber café to generate an acceptance fee invoice on the Polytechnic’s official student portal.

Acceptance Fee: ₦15,000 (non-refundable)
Payment of the acceptance fee commences immediately after invoice generation.
3. Report to the Department with Remita Invoice
After generating the Remita invoice for the acceptance fee, candidates are to proceed to their respective departments for screening and continuation of the registration process.

Failure to present original documents may delay the screening and registration process.
Important Warning on Payments
The Polytechnic has strongly warned candidates not to give money or make payments to any individual, including friends, relatives, or agents. Candidates are also advised not to make payments into any POS account number.
All payments must be made strictly through official channels on the Polytechnic portal, and receipts must correspond with the approved online payment process.
