First and foremost, the fees stated is for fresh students only. Check for tuition for non sciences, estate management falls under non-sciences.
Secondly, there is nothing like discount for indigenes and non-indigenes because UNIBEN is a federal university. Getting discounts for being an indigene only works with State Universities.
Thirdly, School fees are paid per session, not per semester, allowing you pay per semester will be at the discretion of the bursary unit.
Lastly, there is no guarantee you would be given admission because your score is 201. Just a point higher than UNIBEN’s cut off mark of 200. Giving you admission depends on the course you applied for and your aggregate score.

Thanks fr the compliment. First and foremost, Sociology and Anthropology is a department under Faculty of Social Science and the number of students for this course is usually high. Your JAMB cut off mark of 225 to be candid is on the average but the good news is that it can pull you through if your post UTME score is reasonable enough (Above average)

Firstly, UNIBEN admits non-indigenes, there are many youruba and Ibos in UNIBEN.
Secondly, To be on the safe side, you need at least 250 – 260 aggregate to gain admission into Pub Admin
Thirdly, if you select UNIBEN as a 2nd choice during your UTME registration, consider the admission lost already.

I have a problem with the school fees as posted on your website, other Student as calculated Read N69,900. But from the Figure on the Table calulated is N59,900 Where is the extra 10,000 coming from.
