The University of Jos Department of Remedial Sciences wishes to inform Students of Department and the general public that following the resumption of the 2025/2026 Academic Session into the Pre-Degree/Remedial Programme, 2nd Semester lectures have commenced in earnest.
The pre-degree programme ideally has been scheduled to run for a period of 12 calendar months after which successful students will gain admission into full time degree programme into UNIJOS using their diploma certificate as a means of direct entry.
For newly admitted students who have been waiting for resumption of academic activities for second semester, this is to inform you that academic activities have begun. See below, full info for resumption date and registration deadline
UNIJOS Remedial/Pre-degree Resumption Date
All Students are by this announcement advised to resume for continuation of academic activities on Sunday 9th January, 2025.
Students are to note that all COVID-19 safety measures are to be strictly observed during their lectures hence they should always follow the guidelines as prescribed.
I believe the above is well understood. However, I am open to questions should you have any as regard the resumption date for all pre-degree and remedial students at UNIJOS.
